8:00am to 6:00pm. We are available for after-hours repair, including most
holidays. If you require "rush" repair, we will work to repair issues overnight.

What are "Tiers" and what work do they perform?
Tier levels are a method used for designating the
complexity of the issue at
hand. Most computer issues can be resolved by our Tier 1 techs.

Problems related to spyware,
and general computer maintenance are handled by Tier 1 technicians

Involved PC issues, related to
networking protocol, basic firewall setup and operating system rebuilding are
handled by Tier 2

Advanced network structuring, website maintenance, network security and
Windows client policy configuration are included in Tier 3. Most
requests for Tier 3 are best suited for small business and SOHO, (Small
Office/Home Office). Clients requiring this level of service are
